Refund and Returns Policy

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase date for unopened, unused products in their original packaging, free from damage or wear, and include all accessories and inserts.
• Customers must contact us before returning any item to receive authorization and instructions. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
• Refunds will be processed once returned items are inspected and approved.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, processing typically takes 7–10 business days.
• You will receive a Return Notification email once your refund or exchange has been completed.
• Limited edition, exclusive, and pre‑order items may not be eligible for cancellation or return unless defective.
• Shipping costs are non‑refundable and customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.
• Replacement items may be offered if stock is available.
• Customers are advised to take high-resolution video/photo evidence of the product and its packaging if they wish to contact us regarding returns/refunds.
• The Company will have final say on matters related to Returns & Refunds at our sole discretion.
