Product Condition Grading System

Introduction
At Isekai Figure, we value transparency so collectors know exactly what they’re getting.
Anime figures can vary in condition and quality for many reasons, including manufacturing differences to packaging wear.
To make shopping easier, we use a grading system to describe the status of each product.
And will be denoted in the Product details as Product Grade, for example – Grade of Figure (A)/ Grade of Package (C) – (A/C)

Description for Grade of Figure and Packaging

Grade for Figure

A – Figure is Brand new and sealed, if originally sealed.

B – Figure’s Original Packing has been unsealed, but all items are included within its internal packaging.

C – Figure is unsealed/Pre-Owned, figure is taken out of original packaging, and may contain minor dust or dirt.

D – Used item/Pre-Owned, may have loss of original color (faded), scratch marks, or be heavily used.

X – Major Damage visible to the item or missing parts, may not operate as intended.

Grade for Packaging

A – Brand new and sealed (If the original package was sealed/contained in a box).

A- – Sealed box with Minor dent/scratches on the box.

B – Sealed box with Minor wear/tear to the box.

C – Unsealed box with Minor dent/scratches to the box.

D – Unsealed box with Minor wear/tear to the box.

X – Item has no Box/Packaging.

Special Note on Prize Figures

Many anime figures are released as prizes for crane machines (UFO catchers) in Japan. These figures:

• Often have scratch marks on packaging compared to retail editions.
• May have slight manufacturing differences due to mass production for arcade distribution.
• Are still authentic and licensed, but their grade reflects these unique origins.

• These Grades are not applied to the cardboard boxes in which items are shipped.
